When I created Alexandros Restaurant I had in my mind the Ethos of the Restaurant which Was and IS the same up to this day.

Create a Restaurant where its customers feel they are visiting a Greek family home and eat and feel like Guests of the family. Traditional home cooked food with the best fresh ingredients and Grandma's recipes.
